kartonkleinjACOB is available as a tool for those who want to develop their own software. In this section of our web site we provide you with information of applications that we developed with jACOB. Some come at no charge or are provided under an open source license; others have a fee or are provided under a proprietary license. Some are function and feature rich; others are meant as start up kits for further development.

jACOB applications are easy to use and as a rule the functionality is based on what is commonly used by all types of business. The applications are provided in source code and specific individual business requirements can be easily added or adapted. No redundant screens and no screens cluttered with unwanted fields and information. The end result is a product that is totally geared to the needs of your organization.

jCRM combines the power of jSales, jService  and jIncident plus a host of additional features. This front office application allows you to manage prospective customers, existing customer accounts, contracts, sales and marketing campaigns, pricing, commissions, internet shopping; take sales orders, follow up on invoices, perform credit controls and at the other end answer questions and take action on complaints or requests for assistance. It includes multi-channel queue, routing, escalation and prioritization routines and allows you to add Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).

jIncident Print E-mail
incidentjIncident is the umbrella that covers the handling of all your calls.  Here you can register, answer and then close calls.  It can be used as a simple stand-alone call handling application or alternatively, if they are of a more specific nature, calls can be routed to one of the underlying japplications (e.g. jSales and jService) It also allows you to add Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and to create incidents via Email or Fax. jIncident is a standard feature within jCRM and an extra to the other japplications.

Share and store your project documents with OpenjACOB DocFinder. Easy Navigation and search interface to retrieve your documents. You can upload new docments to DocFinder via email attachments. 

OpenjACOB Nanny is a simple server monitoring tool. The main objective of this application is to show the handling of the chart component, reporting and scheduling API of OpenjACOB. 

 OpenjACOB E.mail - The web mail application is a lightweight IMAP client, created with the Javamail API and OpenjACOB. The one page UI, like Gmail, features an integrated folder list, message list and contact list. It is the must have demo application for a web application framework.
