If you want to adapt one of our applications or have a new application built from scratch we can assist you in a number of ways:

Conduct a feasibility study: We help you to determine if it is feasible to meet your requirements. We document those requirements and determine what resources are required to realize the project.

Adapt one of our applications to your specific needs or build an application from scratch for you.

Provide on line consultancy to answer questions when you are using jACOB to build and test your application.

Evaluate and tune application that you have built and suggest improvements wherever required.

Provide project management for one or all of the above.

jACOB Training

jACOB on customer site training can be arranged throughout Europe.

Web training (world wide) is also available on request.

jACOB Support

jACOB enterprise software entitles you to free updates during the first 12 months of the license. After the first 12 months you are free to renew this service annually.

Other support services such as for instance 7*24 stand by support or ongoing maintenance on your customized applications are available on request.

Specifications, bid books and prototyping

Our consultants can help you write functional specifications, prepare bid books for software vendors and prototype your requirements. By using the jACOB data model, its flow diagrams and graphical features, the end product will not only be easy to interpret but will provide you with a living model of your requirements that will clearly demonstrate the required business processes, user interfaces and user screen ergonomics.

Visual Enterprise support

Infor Visual ™ from Infor Global Solutions is a make to order manufacturing solution for small to medium sized businesses. As Infor's partner for Infor Visual™ we provide on customer site implementation and training services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
